1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Day ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

My Day is a personal productivity application that allows users to track daily habits, log wellness check-in metrics, and visualise progress over time. The App also integrates with Google Calendar on a read-only basis to display your upcoming events alongside your habits.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.

4. Account and Authentication

The App uses Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You may only create one account per person.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all habits, check-in data, and other content you create within the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not share your User Content with third parties.

6. Google API Usage

My Day requests read-only access to your Google Calendar. This access is used exclusively to display your calendar events within the App. We do not modify, delete, or share your calendar data. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google Account permissions. Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App — excluding User Content — is the property of My Day and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. My Day is a personal productivity tool and does not provide medical, health, or professional advice of any kind.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Day shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including any loss of data or personal content.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us at the email below.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
